1. Services
Hickter provides website, app, software development and digital marketing services as described in individual proposals and agreements.
2. Payments
Projects are billed by milestones as agreed in the proposal. Work on the next milestone begins once the previous invoice is cleared.
3. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client. Hickter products (CRMPro, POS, eCom, etc.) are licensed, not sold, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Liability
Hickter is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party services, hosting outages or misuse of delivered software.
