1. Milestone payments
Project milestone payments correspond to specific deliverables (discovery, design, development, UAT). Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation before execution
If a project is cancelled before development begins, a partial refund is processed after deducting administrative and preliminary planning fees.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
